Cut-offs and delivery days
We buy at the Melbourne Market and deliver six days a week from our Epping warehouse. Your cut-off time and delivery days are set for your run when your account is opened, and are always shown in your account when you order — so what you see is the schedule that applies to you, not a generic one.
Your cut-off, shown to you
The cut-off that applies to your run appears in your account each time you order. No guessing from a published table.
Six days a week
Monday to Saturday runs from Epping. Your delivery days are confirmed during account setup, based on your location and delivery run.
Cold chain kept
Picked to order and carried on refrigerated vehicles, so it arrives as it left the floor.
Where we deliver
We run across metropolitan Melbourne six days a week. Rather than publish a fixed suburb list, we check your address against the run that suits your delivery window — including sites just outside the metro edge, which we handle case by case.
Minimum orders and account terms
We work to what your kitchen actually needs rather than a single rule for everyone.
Minimums that suit you
Set with you when the account opens, based on what and how often you order.
Flexible payment terms
We offer terms to fit how your business pays. Agreed with our accounts team at setup.
One invoice, your way
Card, EFT or direct debit, with statements to match your billing cycle.
Your minimum order and payment terms are confirmed in writing when your account is opened, and appear on your account page.
